Most of the times they do NOT scan the boxes until the item is delivered. If you receive a tracking number please wait 48 hours to show any scan in their website. Returns Policy Purchases may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in their original, brand new condition (unworn, unmodified, and unsized) with all plastic protectors, tags, and original packaging intact for a refund or exchange. If a package is returned to us due to your refusal to accept it, the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
