It does wind and run. I did not check to see how accurate it is. The face does have some discoloration and the crystal has scratch around the 12. the crown works and it should and it seems to work ok although i dont know how long it will tick or how well it keeps time. i assuming it needs some sort of service. i dont have the means to open the back of the case. its in fair shape overall. the dial is a pretty nice color and it may be some sort of military watch based on the comps.
