All packaging, all tags attached, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the return or exchange of a watch. If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect re-sell-able condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If you are not satisfied with Chronotiempo.com services and products you can cancel your order or return merchandise asking for a replacement/refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. 2.
