Good crystal / dial / hands, the hands adjust fine. Balance swings freely, winds fine but not running.

Here we have a compact late 1920s early 1930s monopusher chronograph watch. It has the two inset sub-dials with the constant seconds and 9 and 30-minute counter at 3. The hands are of spade and whip style with the eye-catching thermally blued tone.
