Thank you for looking at the product. ・This model was based on the "MIDGET" military watch, manufactured by Timex for the U.S. military in 1917, and was reproduced and released in limited quantities in 2017 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the watch. ・The original Midget was a pocket watch customized for the U.S. military during World War I by attaching parts called wire lugs to turn it into a wristwatch, making it one of the U.S. military's earliest military watches. ・This model, commemorating the 50th anniversary of AVIREX, is a special limited edition model based on the Timex Midget, which also has ties to the U.S. military, and incorporates AVIREX flair throughout.

MARATHON 34mm ARMY General Purpose Quartz (GPQ) Military Watch

The watch is in Like-New condition with no real signs of wear. I've only worn it a handful of times (likely less than 10), and it's just been with me around the house. The watch band is just a bit too narrow for my liking, but the watch is otherwise fantastic, and bright at night.
