It looks like a copper slab just attached to it. Looks industrial and very distinctive. It has iconicthe thicker, "beefy lugs" case.

The white dial has a silvery tone to it in bright lighting, and the very dark hands and markers contrast nicely and provide great legibility. The 37mm size wears very nicely, with a short 41.2mm lug to lug that makes it very suitable for a wide range of wrist sizes.
