Up for sale is an authentic, rare piece of modern political history: an official South Korean Presidential Commemorative Watch from the administration of President Kim Dae-jung (who served from 1998 to 2003).These watches were produced in limited quantities by the Blue House (Cheongwadae) and exclusively issued as official diplomatic gifts to visiting dignitaries, state guests, and honored citizens. They were never sold commercially to the public.
