Offered is a Smiths Deluxe A420 watch from 1958. These watches were originally marketed for ‘Engineers and Atomic Scientist’ during the atomic bomb testing era. This one measures 33mm in diameter with 17mm lugs. Nice dial and gold plated case in good condition. The 15 jewel, cal 400 movement has been fully serviced and the watch runs well keeping accurate time for daily use reccomend winding morning and night for best performance. A real piece of Atomic era history.Note this is a vintage watch and may have minor imperfections.
